I am happy to create a custom order. However, please allow up to three weeks for your custom order to be processed as I may need to source materials/findings if I do not have them in stock already.
While every care is taken to provide accurate measurements, these are always estimates and may vary very slightly due to the handmade nature of my items. If you have a special request with regard to measurements, I will do my utmost to ensure these measurements are as close to your requirements as possible.
All of my items are wrapped securely in rigid boxes and acid-free tissue paper. This ensures they stay looking their best for many years to come. While I use non-tarnish wire and good quality pearls and crystals, they are still delicate and will damage easily if they are not treated with care and stored in their boxes.
My craft wire is incredibly flexible and can be fixed into various types of hairstyles. That said, if they are bent and twisted too forcefully and too often, they may snap. Please be careful - I would hate for one of my brides to be left without a headpiece on her special day!
Items are supplied in a gift box and wrapped with tissue paper. To ensure they are secure during transit, I may use jewellery pins to keep items in place. These are sharp! Handle with care upon removing your item from the box.
I do accept returns as per the returns policy above. If you wish to return an item that has been damaged during shipping, you must send me a photo of the item and its packaging prior to returning. If I receive a faulty item back without notification beforehand, I have the right to decline the refund.
Please be advised that due to hygiene reasons, if I suspect that a headpiece has been worn prior to being returned, I have the right to refuse the refund. This is because I would be unable to sell the headpiece on.
Custom orders are NOT refundable.
I usually ship items using Royal Mail Standard International (overseas) or Royal Mail First Class (UK). While proof of postage is available, these services do not offer tracking. If you require tracking and/or a signature please select the shipping upgrade at checkout.
While every effort has been made to supply my customers with accurate shipping times, unfortunately I do not control the postal services and once it has been shipped it is no longer my responsibility. I will not be held accountable for items that are delayed or lost. To ensure you receive your item promptly and without issue, please make sure you provide me with the correct address and do not leave it until last minute before placing an order as delays do happen!
